Refund policy

Our promise: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at xdservices702@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer responsibility unless the return is due to our error. To start a return, email xdservices702@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
