If you find one of our products — same form, same dose, same count — at a lower delivered total (price plus shipping) somewhere else, send us the link or a screenshot. If it checks out, we will match that total or beat it, by up to $2.00 under their delivered price.
How it works
1. This promise covers our auto-ship subscription orders.
2. Send the link or screenshot to support@assaysupplyco.com before 5:00 PM Pacific and we will answer the same day. Anything that arrives after 5:00 PM Pacific gets an answer by 10:00 AM Pacific the next day.
3. Like-for-like means the same product, in the same form, at the same dose per serving and the same number of servings — compared on the full delivered total, not the sticker price alone.
4. If we can match or beat it, we will set it up for your subscription and confirm by email before anything is charged.
